Event Schedule:

1. Check-in and Supplies 09:30-09:45 am (15 mins)
   Arrival, check-in, and material distribution.
   

2. Safety Briefing 09:45-10:00 am (15 mins)
   Safety guidelines and speeches.
   

3. Active Cleanup 10:00-11:00 am (1 hours)
   We roll up our sleeves and clean designated areas along the riverbanks.
   

4. Waste Weighing 11:00-11:30 am (30 mins)
   End of the cleanup and weighing of the collected waste.
   

5. Celebrate! (1 hour)
   Relaxing celebration with refreshments

** Note: River Cleanup provides all cleanup materials. Please wear clothes suitable for outdoor and active activities. Bring rain or sun protection.

WHAT TO PREPARE

• Ensure you are in good health and physical condition

• Wear safe and comfortable clothing and footwear (outdoor shoes recommended)

• Bring a change of clothes (Public toilet are available at the gathering point)

• Bring personal medications

• Have a good breakfast before the event

• Besides a tumbler, please bring your own cup! (We'll provide snacks and complimentary beverages at the end of the event)

STAY SAFE DURING THE EVENT

• We will provide trash bags and gloves for continuous use during the event. Please return used gloves at the waste weighing point after the river cleanup (the gloves are made from reusable materials, and we will clean and reuse them to reduce waste in each event).

• If you find sealed bottles with liquid inside, please do not open the lids to ensure the safety of fellow participants against potentially hazardous substances.

• Please separate sharp materials (glass/metal) for collection by the designated sweeper, who will later sort them.

• Always follow the guidance of the River Captains during the river activities.
