We will start the cleaning at "Plein Publiek" (Zonnestroomstraat 2A), where the office of River Cleanup is located. "Plein Publiek" is a sustainable port where various companies meet. It is also a place where many events are organized. The cleanup will take place in the direction of Hobokense Polder and will take place partly along the Scheldt.
Practical information
Departure: 2pm. At this time you will receive instructions and materials to start the cleaning. You will be divided into different groups and assigned to a specific area. The cleaning will end at 5pm.
Gloves, tongs and all waste collection materials will be provided.
Restrooms will be available.
You will receive a voucher for a free drink to enjoy at the end of the cleanup!
Are you a Delhaize staff member? Meet our staff member who you will recognize by the Delhaize flag. You will receive a Delhaize t-shirt and a cap if you are accompanied by your child.
