River Cleanup Day June - Temse
Join us on Sunday 8th of June for the River Cleanup Day in Temse! Together we will celebrate World Ocean Day!
Would you like to help us clean up Temse and the banks of the Scheldt? Then be sure to join us! We will start from Frans Boelplein.
River Cleanup will provide gloves, garbage bags, and litter pickers. We will map out several routes for you to tackle.
After the cleanup, we’ll welcome you back with a free drink and celebrate World Ocean Day together!
Schedule of the day:
🕐 1:00 PM – Gathering & distribution of materials
🕐 1:15 PM – Safety briefing
🕐 1:30 PM – Start of the cleanup
🕐 3:00-3:30 PM – Return from the cleanup
🕐 3:00-5:00 PM – Celebrate! Enjoy a drink, snacks, and music
