World Cleanup day 2022 - #DHLGlobalForwarding Argentina
We have accepted the #trashbagchallenge 🚀and have joined the World Cleanup day initiative 🙌 in Argentina.
But "Why?"
Between 1.15 and 2.41 million tonnes of plastic waste currently enters the ocean every year from rivers.
Plastics are one of the biggest problems in the environment. Their persistence in the water as microplastics generates adverse consequences for marine life and potential damage to human health. ⚠️
For that reason, we have accepted this challenge and will accept more to come! 💪
