Health & Help is an impersonal, non-profitable, non-political, non-religious, gender equality, volunteering and impartial philanthropic Liberia-based organization. Whose motive is to contribute to Liberia and the world at large through public enlightenment on health-related issues and helping the needy. Our ultimate purpose is to give back to humanity with compassion, love, respect & zero discrimination

Our fundamental goal persists in contributing to the human race through the collective endeavours of kind-hearted individuals & other philanthropic organizations. Health & Help wishes to cooperate with other organizations with related motives as a means to also achieve her goals. Additionally, Health & Help bands with other news outlets to disseminate her messages to the public, such as Blogs, Radio programs, Facebook, & newspapers.

Health & Help is a Liberia-based organization whose motive is to contribute to Liberia & and the world at large positively; through public enlightenment on health-related cases; such as stroke, diabetes, infertility, hepatic, chloride, chicken pox, menstruation, prostrate cancer, measles, Down syndrome, syphilis gonorrhoea, pie, sickle cell, sinus, abuse of drugs, toothache, high blood pressure, malaria, obesity, hypertension, tuberculosis, mental health, influenza, pollution, climate change, cardiovascular disease et al

Furthermore, Health & Help is engaged in helping the needy/less fortunate through social engagements, which may include: funds raising programs to help the less fortunate, giving helping hands to people with disability(s), peers education,  reaching out to disadvantaged youths (Zogos)et al.
