River Nile is the longest river in the world and it has been the source of fresh water, and other resources but this water is no longer clean. This has been caused by the random disposal of plastics in the river. Due to this constant problem, the Mawoudit Foundation in partnership with River cleanup would like to organize a cleanup on the 17th of September 2022 as part of the awareness and pushing policymakers in the country to keep this water body clean and safe.
The event will take 6 hours and 2 hours for refreshment and also for making decisions for the next clean-up point within the country.
