M-LISADA will organise a community-led cleanup in Katwe Slum on 31 October 2026. The cleanup will bring together children, youth, community members, staff and volunteers to take action against plastic pollution and poor waste disposal.

Through collective action, participants will collect waste and promote environmental awareness, personal responsibility and community ownership. The activity will contribute towards a cleaner, safer and healthier Katwe community while encouraging young people and residents to take responsibility for protecting their environment.
